This is a Plan Z Diet ZReboot recipe. You can fill your quiche with lots of spring vegetables like broccoli bits, bell pepper pieces, diced onion, fresh spinach shreds, or artichoke hearts for a seasonal brunch dish. You could even make this egg-cellent preparation as a weeknight meal.
