Plan Z Diet
All I know for sure is that as the Chief Dieter at the Plan Z Diet I am up in arms.
The American Medical Association has declared obesity a DISEASE.
That means doctors will now be obligated to help people. Insurance companies will be forced to cover treatment. Insurance costs will once again rise as a result. One third of our nation’s population will be classified as technically ill and carry around the attached stigmas that come along with that. And more.
I’m currently walking both sides of the fence.
I could be UP IN ARMS because I am so excited. This could mean that the Plan Z Diet could become the treatment of choice for millions of Americans and they could become eligible for reimbursement for their “treatment.” That’s a big WOW.
I could be UP IN ARMS because now this means people could get reimbursed for Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, Seattle Sutton and a bunch of other big name diets that apparently don’t work in the long run like the Plan Z Diet does. That could run rampant.
I could be UP IN ARMS because it appears that most of the ‘experts’ in America don’t really know how we get fat and they’ll continue to give out bad advice. As The Plan Z Diet CEO that makes me insane.
I could be UP IN ARMS because this is going to give drug companies the incentive to come up with some other “cure” option that carries a whole host of side effects (remember anal leakage!) that make the situation even worse. That makes me very nervous for all of us.
I’m sad and happy at the same time. I just have to decide which one I’m going to pick for the long run. If this gets legs folks, this could be huge. A huge boon or a huge problem.
Stand by for more.
